Its good if you want...
Liked: The breakfast is the best I ever ate
Disliked: Wasn't clean enough, for example, there was some waist still in the bean when we checked in.

Liked: Location is very good. Near to Mall.
Disliked: After taking a shower, the bathroom and toilet are filled with water and it becomes like a lake. The restaurants are very expensive, even breakfast is 32 euros.

No ice-cream or wine
Liked: great location if you come to MesseBreakfast is normal but nothing special. Rooms are more or less clean.
Disliked: The bed is not very comfortable. They give only one pillow.The room is not arranged every day which is strange for a 4star hotel. Even the bottle of water wasn't renewed.Very expensive parking 45€/dayAnd most of all they DO NOT GIVE ICE-CREAM AND/OR WINE!!!

Great hotel!
Liked: Extremely clean and attentive staff
Disliked: As someone there on vacation, the location didn’t suit us. It’s very close to the convention center and many other big hotels. I didn’t know the city when I booked

I liked the city, but...
Liked: The property was modernish, reasonable facilities, the breakfast was excellent, the room was quite clean but decor needed bringing into the 21st century .It has a pretty good location.
Disliked: The thing that really let this hotel down was the staff and the admin side of things and lack of communication amongst them. I had upgraded to include breakfast online and had proof of booking, so I had to re order when I arrived at an inflated rate,which was paid. However on going to the restaurant the next day,the restaurant staff said that we hadn’t paid, the same happened the next morning.We were a group of 3 and when we got to our room there were insufficient towels and bedding for us and when undoing the sofa bed there was still a sheet on the mattress from a previous client.But the jewel in the crown was I had to pay a further 40 euros on check out for the breakfast that I had already paid for, which I reluctantly paid because the taxi was outside waiting.A Total rip off. The reception staff need some serious training , they lack the basic interpersonal skills in dealing with the general public, and need to be more customer focused and not treating us like numbers.
