Liked: Good location, easy pick up and great staff that rang my room to wake me for an early start, when my alarm had not gone off. They went above what I would have expected and got me a lift to the airport .Very much appreciated

Liked: very near to airport , free shuttle , bus/ tram stop is few minutes walk from the hotel and hotel gives free pass to visit city center by bus / tram. very helpful staff... quick check in... If one is having short stay in geneva and need to catch flight this is the best location...

Convenient for the airport

Liked: We booked one night before flying from GVA. The room was a good size for a family and clean. All the staff we encountered were polite and friendly. We had an early morning flight and the shuttle bus at 5am was perfect. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t seem to work in the room and so it was hot and stuffy, which made it difficult to sleep. Another thing I noticed was that the shower hose had duct tape around it. This didn’t stop water spraying out at the base.

A disappointing stay

Liked: Corridors dated and heavily stained carpets do not give a good first impression. Bathrooms tiny and in need of renovation Bar exorbitantly expensive-£9 for a bottle of still water is unacceptable

Liked: The bus transfer was great. The staff were great. The family loved teh chocolate tasting. Room was amazing. Well done.

Good hotel close to the...

Liked: The room was very nice and very convenient location. The shuttle pick up form airport was fantastic - we called and were picked up within 10 minutes.
Disliked: The breakfast was OK quality and very expensive. Also our shuttle back to the airport was a nightmare. We were not told that we need to reserve a shuttle in advance and had to take an Uber in order to make our flight.
