You get what you pay...

Liked: The biscuits were good and so was the water pressure in the shower. 24/7 checkin is convenient.
Disliked: Cobwebs everywhere in rooms. Beds were uncomfortable. Hand towels located next to (basically touching) the toilet bowl. Kettle and toaster were dirty and Im assuming the property doesn't have anyone to look after the gardens. Will likely look for another place next time I'm down. We were in the family room.

Disliked: Aircon didn't work on a 37c day, we really should get a full refund because that is what we were paying for. Otherwise we would have just camped out.

Excellent value for money.

Liked: Unexpectedly good accommodation for the price.
Disliked: The bed was quite uncomfortable and would be considerably improved with a foam underlay.

Bad

Liked: Staff eventually redeemed themselves and refunded $50 in cash, provided toilet paper, tissues, and a 6 pack of beer. But only after telling me they were helpless and unable to assist.
Disliked: This place is utterly disgusting.The rooms smell of smoke and weed.The balconies and windows are covered in bird poo.There is no toilet paper or tissues. Contacted the emergency number, and staff were initially SUPER unhelpful and basically told me to go to Woolworths and get my own. The corridors smell of urine.The walls are paper thin and you can hear people in the next room use the toilet.The gardens are overgrown and full of rats and rubbish. The pool was closed and looked like it had not been used in years.The concrete in the hall ways is blackened, and dirty. The welcome mat outside each of the doors is shruken and filthy, your shoes will be dirtier than they were before use.There are bugs in the beds and around the room.

Liked: Check in was easy-although I did not see a person, when I messaged they replied quickly
Disliked: Pub next door was noisy but not too late so it was fine. Bed was a bit firm
