Liked: booked it for the pool for the kids. pool and games room both were not in service. pizza crust under the tv. air con didn’t work though they did move to another room. so disappointed in regards to pool not being operational which i knew this before we booked or we would of booked else where.
Disliked: saying their is pool and games room and both being not operational. no vending machines as advertised. phone support from staff good.

Liked: The room clean and spacious, had a big fridge and TV and all that you needed.
Disliked: The room wasn’t near our parking and we couldn’t see our car. And there was no one in the reception when we arrived as they have a checkin machine to receive your key.

Liked: Location was great, as I had arranged to have dinner at the Hotel around the corner with some friends how live in Moe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was not used and Zoe at the front desk was very helpful on our departure.
Disliked: The shower floor was slippery. On our arrival the front desk was not attended (3:30pm) and it was the first time I was required to use the contactless 24 hour checkin, but I finally got it right.
