Perfect stay in the centre...

Liked: The location was perfect, the room comfortable and with a city view. They helped us with the luggage, to keep it after the check out. Excellent treatment

Ideal Base to explore Madrid

Liked: absolutely everything. this is a real gem of a base for seeing Madrid AND going shopping !!!!!
Disliked: Didn't stay there long enough and only found the lounge as I was leaving
