Disliked: No pool available or sauna. Room quite small and view less than anticipated. Cost did not reflect room size and lack of pool/sauna

Disliked: Due to a family emergency, I had to check out a day earlier than planned. At the time of my departure, the reception confirmed that a refund for the last night I didn't stay would be processed back to my credit card within a couple of weeks. However, nearly a month has passed, and despite sending multiple emails to both the hotel and Booking.com, the refund has yet to be processed. During my stay, the air conditioning in my room did not function properly. After reporting the issue, I was moved to a different room, only to encounter the same problem. Despite the technical staff coming to check the system, the room temperature remained at a low 21°C, while the outside temperature dropped to -4°C. I was informed that a heater fan would be sent to my room, but unfortunately, it was forgotten.
