Exceptional

Liked: The staff were lovely and were very helpful. one staff saw me and friend struggling with our luggage and was helpful enough to take our luggage with us to our room. Even changed our room two floors down to give us a better accommodation. That was very nice of the staff since there was no lift for us to use.

Expensive disappointment

Liked: The staff was kind and the location is good
Disliked: The beds are really old and worn out, there are no duvets, just a fleeceblanket (with oil stains). The water stopped working in the middle of the day, extremly noisy and i can hear my neighbors pee and everything else that they do. It was super cold at night because it is so badly isolated and the heating went up in the middle of the night and we had no control over it. We ended up sleeping with the windows wide open because it got so hot in the room due to the heaters while its 1 degree outside.

Modern hotel was great for...

Liked: The beds were super comfy and the room had everything we needed. It’s quite a small space - we had a lot of luggage, so it was quite a squeeze for my friend and I. In saying that, it was all we needed!
Disliked: There was no lift, which made it a bit tricky with our big bags. We didn’t receive fresh teabags after our first night either. A very small bathroom made it a bit of a squeeze for my friend and I but we made it work!

Lovely staff and room very...

Liked: Nice cosy room in a good location not far from hotspots.
Disliked: Sometimes room was too warm but nothing an open window couldnt fix.

Disliked: No lighting in the hallway and the staircase. Hard to see and can easily slip when its dark… i used my phone to help me see

Very good

Liked: The staff was very friendly, and it was good value for money. Loved the Julienne balcony. It was also 5 mins from the metro which made travel easy, however the metro doesn’t function 24hrs so that’s something to keep in mind as the location isn’t particularly central.
Disliked: The fact that there is no elevator is rather inconvenient, especially if you have heavy bags. The WiFi was slow at times. Sometimes the room smelled like cleaning detergent.

Liked: The hotel is clean and conveniently accessible in terms of public transportation. The room is comfortable.
Disliked: The room is small.
