Excellent location and value

Liked: Great location and host, clean, comfortable accommdations. Breakfast was lovely, I had hot scrambled eggs made for me and finished off with a just-baked chocolate chip cookie. Convenient to attend alumni events at Rice University and visit the Menil Collection art museum.
Disliked: I should have brought my own shampoo and conditioner. Upgrading the bathroom toiletries would be a very nice touch. But, this is a minor complaint and one I probably should have anticipated and solved on my own.

Liked: Very pretty and artsy condo in Montrose.
Disliked: Our thermostat to our room was controlled by our neighbors and we were not told this. It was not clear where breakfast was and manager wouldn't respond to text or phone call. She became rude to me on the phone.

Cozy, quiet, convienient

Liked: I stayed at downtown hotels in the past. The traffic, from Toyota center, Astros, Rockets. would make getting in and out of downtown very time consuming, this is an excellent location for anyone like myself who is visiting in the museum district and west Houston, also very convieniet kitchen facilities and VERY quiet and peaceful, downtown hotels can be loud woth party people.
Disliked: I really have no complaint, the hurricane blew down a bunch of trees so the downed branches on the sidewalk understandable. Parking is limited, you could maybe charge extra to reserve a parking space in the driveways
