Good place to stay overall.

Liked: Location to Commodore Ballroom.
Disliked: Floors were uneven.

Not impressed. Would not stay again. So close to being a really nice hotel.

Liked: Great bathroom, bed and TVs.
Disliked: The rugs were filthy with stains - had to wear my shoes. Furniture was stained, marked up with wood peeling off. Not vacuumed. Was upgraded to a suite that was across the street. The elevator opened up to a parking garage with a glass door to 2 suites. As a woman alone, I felt very unsafe and vulnerable as the downstairs door was open to anyone as the door to the parking garage.

Had the room to stay overnight while checking out Vancouver and seeing a concert.

Liked: It was very nice and clean. Had everything I need.

Served its purpose

Liked: My breakfast- Eggs Benny - was one of the best I've tasted ! And I eat it a lot.
Disliked: Small beds. Rooms a bit small for 3 people. Not enough towels supplied for 3 people.

Liked: Great place, I love how my room has windows in the main bedroom and bathroom. Surprisingly quiet for the prime location. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The only sticky thing was that if you put your access card near your phone, it disfunctions the card and you’ll need to ask staff to fix it, which takes 3 seconds. Other than that I would stay there again next time.

Liked: Easy check in and out; bar and restaurant and cafe and liquor store are all on site. good wifi and comfortable bed.

Disliked: lighting - no overhead lighting made closet door mirror darklighting - bathroom was too dim for proper make-up & groomingbathroom lacked a counter & nearby shelf was slanted (make-up needs)
