Good place to stay overall.

Liked: Location to Commodore Ballroom.
Disliked: Floors were uneven.

Not impressed. Would not stay again. So close to being a really nice hotel.

Liked: Great bathroom, bed and TVs.
Disliked: The rugs were filthy with stains - had to wear my shoes. Furniture was stained, marked up with wood peeling off. Not vacuumed. Was upgraded to a suite that was across the street. The elevator opened up to a parking garage with a glass door to 2 suites. As a woman alone, I felt very unsafe and vulnerable as the downstairs door was open to anyone as the door to the parking garage.

Had the room to stay overnight while checking out Vancouver and seeing a concert.

Liked: It was very nice and clean. Had everything I need.

Liked: The staff were excellent and so helpful (especially Aiden). Great location.
Disliked: Would have preferred a fitted sheet not a flat bottom sheet. A few noisy neighbours but that is not the hotels fault.
