Disliked: The breakfast could be better. The staff needs urgently a course on being nice and helpful. Waiters, reception, valet.Should check water system for odors

Great hotel in Puebla.

Liked: We liked the spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and great buffet breakfast. The hotel is set away from the road so is very quiet but close enough to the city sights if you have a car like we did.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.
