Not happy at being charged...

Liked: I was charged twice and despite my protests I didn’t get my money back.

Passable

Disliked: Check in at 11pm. I booked and paid in advance, but at door was told I had not paid. No one at reception. Had to get manager to let me in.

Not worth the money

Liked: It was close to the river Thames as I was walking the Thames path .
Disliked: It is only a budget hotel & staffed to the point of being under staffed, I didn’t like the check in & was ignored by the person on the check in desk to the point that I went outside & used a walk check outside the hotel , I wouldn’t use it again

Convenient location for rowing events....

Liked: Excellent Convenient location for the purpose of my visit. Great breakfast. Reception couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful when I arrived although it shuts after 6
Disliked: Basic and functional interior in public areas. I got the impression from the website that there was parking available but check before arrival as there are limitations
