Liked: The breakfast was good. The shower was fine.
Disliked: There are no staff. Checking in at the hotel involves putting a lot of personal information into a large screen clearly visible by others on the pavement outside. The heating system did not work or was uncontrollable. There was a fan heater which says it all. Security seems lax for a hotel without staff - tail gating is easy, the lift is available to all etc. Something in the corridor outside the room made loud beeping sounds at regular intervals all night.

Disliked: it is very basic and the double room wasn't really a double but 2 singles with wooden edges pushed together.

Good value for money in...

Liked: Good location near the river, tube and restaurants in Putney. Modern , spacious and clean room. Check in at 2-00pm.
Disliked: Correspondence prior to arrival was in German. Staff on arrival / checkin weren’t very friendly. Cooked breakfast when items had run out (hash browns, boiled eggs etc) weren’t replaced on the buffet so left us hungry. Room key stopped working so had to go back down to reception to have it reset. 2 single duvets on a double bed which was strange. It is a bed & breakfast so no bar etc as you’d expect in a hotel.
