Liked: Very small room. Badly painted. Very Narrow not worth

Liked: The location is quite central and between two U-bahn stations. The bathroom was renovated and quite clean. the staff- when present- was helpful.
Disliked: The room is smaller than appears in the photos. Lack of communication as everything is so digitalized and automated. In case of problem or emergency it is not easy to find someone. Difficult to figure out how heating works; as a results, the room was cold and humid during the night. Had to ask for the towels to be changed.

Liked: Clean modern hotel near public transport, kiosk based late night check-in (but don't rely on smartphone based unlocking of doors).
Disliked: Rather small single room, very limited lighting.

Accommodation was fine but not...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: There was no human interaction, check was all done on line. The location was also not what we expected, the suburb to my expectations did not seem that safe with men often loitering outside smoking and it was far out of the city.

I will never stay in...

Liked: The internet was good. The rooms were clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was horrible, even the minimum set was missing and every day there was served less and less meal. Also the rooms were tiny and location was not central, yet the price was quite high. The heating in the rooms was periodically not working. There was no one in the hotel after the midnoon to get anything fixed.
