Liked: The staff was very nice and professional. The hotel was clean and updated. The hotel was in a very convenient location for what I was in town to do.
Disliked: The only things I did not like was the firmness of the mattress and the price of the breakfast buffet.

Three nights, never heard a...

Liked: Serenity. Very quiet and guests all polite. Replenished water bottles.
Disliked: Fit and finish of rooms. They are showing age, Wallpaper shower was peeling. USB for radio was shot. Not a lot of parking for regular cars but lots for "green" ones.
