Liked: The breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs / bacon , cold meats/cheeses, cereal and cakes / croissants. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant . Very convenient location for our purpose of visiting family . Daily cleaning of the room and change of towels / bedding .
Disliked: The room was a little small and had inadequate facilities to hang clothes . I can understand the no wardrobe principle for short stays but we were there for 2 weeks . Fortunately the reception staff provided a wardrobe .

Liked: The new room, the excellent breakfast and the staff members
Disliked: They didn't prepare the sofa bed for our daughter and we checked in late. We were disappointed with the situation especially because I booked weeks ago and we stayed 4 nights. However they changed our room and accommodated our requests, they actually did more without asking so they deserve a five star review for this. Thanks again,we will be back.The location is far from the city centre but the bus stop is near the entrance
