Good place to sleep

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful, friendly, and professional. Be aware in a small historic building, but rooms updated and immaculate.
Disliked: Just a caveat for those with mobility issues. From street there is a short flight of stairs to enter. I’m sure staff would assist with suitcases.

Liked: The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It can get a little noisy, but we still managed to sleep well.

Good value

Liked: I was happy with my room. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very good. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and secure. It’s in a central location, close to restaurants and cafes and easy walking distance to Union Square and Chinatown.
Disliked: Some front desk staff were friendly and helpful but others barely acknowledged me.
