Liked: My stay was really nice, the amenities are great and the beds truly confortable. Despite an issue depriving us from water supply for 2 days - not the hotel's fault- the staff was very arranging, available and always really nice. I truly am thankfull for the help they provided. Great common spaces, everything was included !

Excellent stay - highly recommended

Liked: The staff were amazing. They were kind and respectful, and willing to help. They exceeded my expectations and made my trip even better. The location is also excellent - a kilometre away from Prague Old Town.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind. I would stay here again. :)

Beautiful city, and a wonderful...

Liked: Everything was very very good. Staff was extremely kind & helpful with valuable tips for walking routes and dining in Prague. The location, just next to the train station, and also a short walk to the main view points of Prague is a great plus. The room is very cozy, and received a lovely welcome note from the room housekeeping staff.
Disliked: I have to say that breakfast was not at the same highest level of everything else. Although very tidy, and many choices, the eggs very not warm, nor were the sausages, and I could find no butter. But this is a very minor point. My overall rating to this charming hotel is a 9.9+!!! Shall definitely recommend to friends. Congrats to all.
