Disliked: The receptionist at the time we came in gave my cousin a hard time with the reservations he continued to help everyone else coming after us we waited a hour and 15 minutes for us to get our room. My sister in law fam and my husband and I ended up booking a room on our own in the booking app. It was the most stressful situation I have ever experienced with a hotel. We were all tired and frustrated. I can remember the name of this guy. A young lady came in after and explained everything and helped all of us within minutes something the young mans couldn’t do for over a hour.

Liked: The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Disliked: I was not impressed with the staff. The staff was somewhat rude. They weren’t very helpful.

Liked: The location of the hotel is great, near many places to go visit. Restaurants, malls etc. The hotel is very clean, the room are great, clean, comfortable. love the AC. The staff are so welcoming to the guest, very polite and ready to accommodate us with anything. they even sale tooth brushes and tooth paste which was great for me avoided me to walk to a near store by. over all this is the 3rd time I stay in the hotel and no complaints so far.
Disliked: To be honest 100% truth from my own personal experience I don't have any negative things to say about the Hotel or the staff or food. They work hard to provide us with everything we need. Great Job Hotel Mision.
