Mirbeau is a first-class resort...

Liked: Location, ambience, amenities, helpful and welcoming staff, attention to detail, cleanliness, high end linens and bath products, gorgeous and relaxing spa -- the list goes on and on! Basically I liked everything!
Disliked: The property was so impeccably clean and well appointed, so the fact that the chairs and table in the room were just a little worn out were the only things I can think of that I didn't like. But this was a very minor issue.

Disliked: The receptionist at the shop was rude and unhelpful. She seemed resentful and should not be in a customer service role. She was the woman working the gym, spa, and shop desk on the morning of the 13th.

Liked: Staff was very accommodating and attention to detail was superb. Spa services were amazing as well.

Liked: Great location within walking distance of Rhinebeck's charming downtown, handsome room, nice spa.
Disliked: Chairs in room were really uncomfortable.
