Expected and paid for better

Liked: it's very close to mulheim hbf
Disliked: No elevator to take your luggage up. So if you book room with balcony you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. They offered us the ground floor room instead which was of lower price but there was no compensation because of that. Reception is unmanned most of the time

Nice, friendly, family run hotel

Liked: Staff were very friendly, helpful & polite - upgraded me to a slightly bigger room when they saw I'm quite tall! So very pleased with that, which they didn't need to doLocation - 5 minute walk away from Mulheim train station, which you can easily get to most of the bigger Cities from. Also, within 10 minutes of the town centre & shops you needRoom was very clean & comfortable
