Go somewhere else.

Liked: Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: During check-in, the staff member behaved unprofessionally by giving us directives on how to behave in their place; all rules should be in writing when we book a room. We (the guests) seem to have trouble with them, and it is best if we pay and do not show up. The walls are poorly insulated or not at all. We heard people in the room above walking, talking, showering, and using the bathroom.
