Great budget stay with a...

Liked: Everything was new and in very good condition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location for a trip to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison is perfect.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable. We both had sore backs in the morning.

Liked: Everything was nice except for the smell of the room sanitizer.
Disliked: Honestly the room was overbearing with the smell of whatever you are cleaning with. So much so I couldn’t sleep really and had my head covered with a towel. I think you should try something not so aromatic because it’s really intense and smells terrible.

Liked: Our room was completely updated and modernized as well as spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were new and first rate. Clinton, the manager, was welcoming and helpful, and his little dog was as cute and appropriately guest friendly as possible. We had a great stay!
