Had a positive successful stay.

Liked: poolBreakfast choice and price
Disliked: Not being able to turn the aircon up to warmer .Not being able to open the sliding glass door without making condensation on the tiles.Not being offered a poolside room when requested knowing all rooms were not occupied.

Liked: Great facilities, friendly staff.
Disliked: Very minor issue but housekeeping was very late in the day (4-5pm) often when we had returned from days activities.

Liked: Our rm wasn’t ready at checkin time which was 3 pm. Staff said they would ring us when ready. They didn’t 1.5 hrs later past check in I decided t see if it was ready no one let me know.

Nice, bed was comfortable, very...

Liked: Front reception staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: House keeping did not refill the fridge with water. At one stage they forgot to refill tea/coffee and milk. Bar soap was also not replaced. Little things like these makes a big difference.
