Disliked: I booked a room Months in advance with two queen beds and when we arrived they only had a room with one king bed available and no rollaways.

Superb

Liked: Staff was very helpful and the location is near everything

Exceptional

Liked: Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect for my needs.
Disliked: overnight parking was $44 - very expensive. Opted for a local parking structure across the street.

Nice location

Liked: The entrance area is very nice and welcoming. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Our room smells unpleasant. The air-conditioned unites right outside of our windows were very loud. The room door from the outside was not clean. I would not recommend the breakfast, but I guess that is personal taste.

Lovely return visit

Liked: Second visit in the space of a few days. Again the staff were excellent - for example made a minor error during check-in (not a problem) but provided a $10 food/beverage voucher. Always greeted when we returned to the hotel. The room was better than for the previous visit. More up-to-date, heating quieter and carpet cleaner.
Disliked: Nothing

A lovely Christmas-time visit

Liked: Excellent location - near the Historic 3rd Ward and right next to the HOP tram stop. Great and helpful staff - valet parking and front desk. Room was comfortable - bottles of water provided. We opted for no housekeeping and received additional points. Elevator secured by the room key.
Disliked: On the first night the heating made a lot of clanging sounds. Didn't happen other nights so might have been a combination of wind and (low) temperature. The carpet in the room didn't look (or feel) very clean, with several large stains. One of the beds featured noticeable 'buttons' in the mattress.
