Loved our wkd away and...

Liked: We loved the historic hotel, staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Lovely hot buffet breakfast, beautiful pool, lovely room and beautiful gardens.
Disliked: That I will have to come back and experience the hotel in all seasons, as looked magical from photos.

A place elegant decaying grandeur

Liked: Gardens are beautiful and staff are helpful.
Disliked: Smells mouldy. Needs painting as paint is peeling in places. Old carpets and furniture which is in much need of reupholstering.Garden needs attention.

Charming grounds, great restaurant and...

Liked: The location, old world charm, lovely staff, the beautiful grounds. The restaurant food was delicious. Very peaceful.
Disliked: Renovations desperately overdue, dusty in bathroom and toilet around tile edging, stains on furniture in room, stains on carpet in bar and restaurant area. Not sure why these areas were not cleaned. Quite disconcerting.

Liked: My family and I have been staying at Milton Park for many years. It was once a beautiful home away from home.
Disliked: Under new management the premises have fallen into significant disrepair. The focus of the staff is on ‘management’, not customers.
