Superb

Liked: Beautiful building and location. Not too far for our destination and I would have taken advantage of the swimming pool had we more time!
Disliked: The pillows were a bit too plump for my partner, but we now know to ask for thinner ones next time.

Passable

Disliked: I didn't like that you've sold all my personal details to to 3rd parties without doing checks on who they are. I've had countless text messages & emails for fraudulent scammers. I know this because I use different names & email addresses when using sign up Internet access. It took 2 days for the 1st phishing text & emails to come thru. Terrible customer service

Very pleased with everything/ reception...

Liked: Great location for catch-up with family in Didcot/ Harwell pack horse nearby wad also convenient
Disliked: All good no negativity
