Beautiful hotel with excellent services...

Liked: Quality & range of provisions (rooftop terrace & restaurant; massage etc..). Decor & authenticity; value for money.

Liked: Excellent staff Annie and Lupita.Housekeeping have a great eye for detail. The waiting staff were professional.Great linen , towels , comfy bed and fantastic shower.

Great hotel in the middle...

Liked: Great design in a very old building. Spacious rooms, great breakfast on the rooftop and the receptionist/concierge Lupita made our stay simply great. All the aztractions in the city center can be reached by foof.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff and the building courtyard was lovely
Disliked: Room was not properly cleaned; the toilet wasn’t properly walled off - essentially everything was just in one big room and the toilet is next to the bed both in terms of sound and smell; room had connection door to other room which made us hear a lot of our neighbours including a 4am hysteria; one of the main reasons we booked was the ‘breakfast included’ line which is very misleading as you’re only offered a juice and a piece of bread with jam
