Liked: Fantastic location! It was really easy to access some of the best restaurants and things to see from the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall facilities were great. It was super convenient to have not only a restaurant and a coffee shop within the hotel.
Disliked: I went to the restaurant one time for breakfast and the service wasn't as great as i would have hoped. After asking for hot sauce twice (once when i ordered and once after flagging down a member of staff after my food arrived), it finally arrived at the table as i was taking the last bite of my food. It wasn't very busy, but felt like as a solo diner i wasn't as high priority as the other tables.

Liked: Centrally located. Clean , Beautiful outdoor pool.
Disliked: The parking situation is very confusing. The hotel encourages valet parking at &49 a night. The valets park the car around the corner in the city garage which charges $20 a night. Guests are kept in the dark that they can park their own car in the city garage for the same $20 a night.

Lovely hotel and location

Liked: Staff was very friendly and location was perfect. There were a few weddings going on. I was surprised they were allowed to make so much noise in the courtyard after 1 AM.
Disliked: Noise from courtyard.

Liked: Everything and everyone working here we came in contact was outstanding in customer service, love this hotel the location for us is the best in the city, we will be staying here again!!
Disliked: The pillows on the bed were very soft and worn but we made do with them
