Good decor and excellent location,...

Liked: Excellent location, staff super friendly. A little smaller than it seemed online but great decor.
Disliked: Rooms showing their age a little. No streaming on TV, and poor sound proofing - we were kept awake our final night by a woman in the next room ranting, slamming doors and shouting/ arguing from about 1am until 4am. Probably drunk. Also the shower would quickly lose pressure.

Great location, welcoming and sweet...

Liked: The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. Should have had them do our itinerary. The staff did the best they could to make our stay more comfortable by comping us hot chocolate since I didn't want to repack and relocate our room.
Disliked: The doors between our room and then next one was not insulated. We heard a very unhappy couple argue for a few days. So we wore earplugs to fall asleep at night.

Liked: Fantastic location and facilities within the hotel. The cafe in the lobby was great. Really comfortable and clean room.
Disliked: Nothing to add. Other guests were noisy but this is not the fault of the hotel.
