Liked: A warm welcome at the reception and the breakfast buffet was good. The price of the room seemed reasonable, when booking.
Disliked: 1) The room was cold, most likely because the radiators had air in them and therefore were only able to be warm in patches. 2) The beds were soft. 3) The bathroom door was old and did not close or open easily because water from the shower had made the bottom of the door expand. 4) The wifi was weak, and we had to step out of the room to connect to the network. 5) The extra charge levied for our hypo-allergenic assistance dog added 33% to the charge for the room. It was explained that the cost was required for "extra cleaning." Our dog was clean and does not lose any fur or hair. Our dog slept on his own mat, not on the carpet in the room. The extra cleaning charge was not clear during the booking process. I have no problem paying a little extra for a dog to stay in the room, but the amount charged was much more than in other establishments in Denmark.

Liked: Beautiful glass house dining area. Cosy bar with pool table. Great location. Only a couple of minutes walk from main street where shops and restaurants are located.
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre. When I first checked in and entered the room, the bed looked like someone had left half way while making the bed. The skirting of the bed was crumpled under the top mattress, exposing the frame and main bed mattress underneath it. The desk, toilet sink, water tap had stains (and it was not water stains), like it hadnt been cleaned since the previous person left.
