Location was perfect for train station and the bed was the comfiest hotel bed I have ever experienced! Stay at Innkeeper's Lodge Maidstone - friendly staff and clean.

Liked: Everything was excellent!! Room was very clean, Tidy and spacious. Team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Food brilliant and appreciate famed for Steak but the best Cheese Burger ever and the Onion Loaf to die for.110% stay again next time I'm that way and would even travel out of my way to stay again

Liked: The staff were all really friendly and welcoming, and general service was of a very high standard; the cooked breakfast tasty and generous. The location was very convenient.
Disliked: The room was a disappointment. There was no main light, meaning it was dim and uninviting. The bed was hard and, combined with a thin duvet, made for a poor night’s sleep. Despite asking for a quiet room, we were above one of the security doors: the slamming of this when shifts started made matters worse. There was also no chest of drawers, which is a surpring omission as all other hotels have this feature. The shower floor was like glass when wet, so I would recommend paying attention to the notice and requesting a mat from reception.
