Poor standard of room

Liked: Good location with plenty of parking
Disliked: Room very small, dated decor. Terribly pillows on the bed resulting in a very bad nights sleep. Quite a lot of road noise. Room was cold with a tiny storage heater located under the large and draftee bay window

Under whelming

Liked: The food was good. ( although the creme brulee and mac n cheese both needed to be more done on top in oven, for a crispy top)
Disliked: Staff not attentive, no welcome woman at main bar just stared at us and I had to get her attention to help us to book into our room. Seemed gormless. We stayed in an accessible room. The oor handle coming off the door, the bathroom needs redoing. Really poor . Bed comfy. Heating very good

Great stay on the outskirts...

Liked: Very clean, staff were great. Had an issue with the boiler in our last morning before checking out, staff were very apologetic and helpful.
Disliked: Boiler stopped working so no hot water on day of leaving. These things happen just very unfortunate. Staff were very helpful.

The location was excellent since...

Liked: The food provided for the breakfast was good and sufficient in quantity but could have been hotter. The room was warm and cosy and was easily accessible being very close to the dining area
