Disliked: Rude and inexperienced staff, especially tall black guy gay at the reception (no one is wearing a name tag so i have to describe this way even though i don't want to) is very rude!! He also made me pay for a room at the check out that i have already paid via booking.com, i took a week to get a refund, nightmare!!!

Great location, friendly staff, definitely...

Liked: Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and decent size for NYC. The gym is pretty nice, especially if all the machines are working. Elevators are actually relatively quick
Disliked: The water in the shower, even when turned all the way only gets luke warm. Requests for assistance or maintenance will be answered but then go unheaded. The television system they use is terrible. Finally the wifi is so inconsistent that I had to go use a starbucks to get my work done. Maybe the premier plan at $20 day is better, but I expect even the regular plan to work for email.
