Overall great experience. Very charming hotel with very friendly staff. It's older so there are subtle details needing some aesthetic updating. However it did not take away from a wonderful experience.

Liked: Quite charming.
Disliked: No hypo-allergenic sheets and the sheets on the bed were cheap; low thread count sheets; there was a musty smell of powder in our room.

Price was a bit high but the hotel was in a great location and the rooms were well appointed.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft.

Very nice hotel and a bargain for the price. Staff was wonderful and couldn't have accommodated us more. Definitely on our stay again list.

I highly recommend this hotel...

Liked: I always like staying in Millennium Knickerbocker, although it is not quite the grand old hotel it used to be in the past. The location is superb, rooms spacious enough, very comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The prices for morning coffee drinks in the restaurant seem a bit too high. Consequently, did not bother to try meals there.

Charming, historic hotel with spacious...

Liked: I love the rain-head shower. I wish I had one at home. The room was super spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the Martini Bar and the fact that you can order off a menu of bar food. The hummus board was lovely, and I shared it with my three friends who met up with me. The hotel is located a block south of Oak Street Beach, and straddles the neighborhood of Streeterville, which has plenty of restaurants, stores, and other places of interest within walking distance for tourists and residents alike.
Disliked: The hotel rooms were somewhat dated, but then again the hotel is a historic hotel, so I'm not expecting contemporary furnishings. I found the hotel charming, and would definitely stay there again. I can't think of much else I didn't like because for the rate, I got more than I had expected to.

Disliked: I was not a fan of the types of toilets that are in the rooms. First off, they are too high off the ground and second, they are not comfortable.
