Passable

Liked: The gym isn’t well equipped. The air in the room was stale and I had to leave my windows open for some fresh air as I couldn’t sleep.

Very poor service compared to...

Liked: There was no internet service, no TV and breakfast wasn't available for me as I did request via message .
Disliked: Staffs lied to us about the internet service, TV and the restaurant opening time for my breakfast on the 3rd day.

Liked: I do like the breakfast
Disliked: The day I left i ask the costomer service m’y deposite he told me he did refund I left Thursday today is Saturday I still didn’t receive my 100eur deposit! And the give. Me to separated small bed space in the middle that not the bed I see online went I was booking costomer service 0 rude just wanna charge you never going back here and no recommendations the costomer service event told me the checking is at 15pm and online they said 14pm and we argued for that before my check in

Beautiful hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Staff exceptional. Very very clean.
Disliked: Bar closed on arrival 4:00pm. Was told by reception open at 6pm, came down at 7 pm for food and drinks and was told it was closed. Had to go to neighbouring hotel for food and drinks.
