Disliked: “I stayed for a night at the hotel with my children, and we suffered from extreme cold as the heating was not working in the rooms. We were not informed about this issue before check-in, as had we known we would be spending a cold night with my children in this hotel, I certainly would not have checked in and would have looked for another hotel. My booking was for two rooms, and both rooms had the same problem with cold and lack of heating.
