For the price I paid, it would have been nice to have a clean bathtub, or even empty trash cans instead of the previous person's trash. The electrical outlets did not even have face plates. The carpet throughout the room was dirty and frayed. No refrigerator; no microwave; no coffee or any food choices within the hotel. Walking into the lobby I was impressed and felt bamboozled after riding 20 floors in the rickety death trap of an elevator and then walking into what looked like a 'pay by the hour' cheap motel. The employees were not courteous nor knowledgeable. The additional $50 I had to pay for parking considering upon booking I was told there was free valet parking made it a completely disappointing experience. The final question I asked before leaving was 'when will the $100 deposit be returned to my credit card?' The response was ' I couldn't tell ya, but probably within the next couple weeks.' To sum it up any other hotel in the area has to be better than this place.
Liked: Location was close to everything.
Disliked: Dirty; no amenities; rude employees.

Liked: The location is very good.
Disliked: The lobby promises a level of quality that my room, at least, did not deliver. Average at best; somewhat run-down and overly basic at worst.

The staff, from the front desk, to the doorman, were all wonderful - friendly, helpful, pleasant, and polite. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. A nice place to stay.
Liked: Great location and friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: No refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker in the room.

Liked: Location
Disliked: They had the heater on and you couldn't control your own air. We tried to open the windows and had fans brought in, but it was suffocatingly hot in January. I'm going through menopause have lots of hot flashes and was any able to get myself cooled off

Liked: Location was amazin, right at the heart of Times Square. Access to our room was quite easy as well. Loved that the hotel has 2 entrances to 2 different streets.
Disliked: Our shower tab was broken (room 3011), so everytime we use it, it fell over and over again. Also the curtain wasn't long enough, so a couple of time water kind of flood the bathroom. Finally, the TV's cble system wasn't great enough. Very confussing, tons of time to load, and very few channel options.

Good
Liked: Staff was very helpful
Disliked: Room needs renovations. Closet door was missing, the toilet leaked, no in-room amenities (classes, cups, coffee maker), stains around toilet and sink, faucet discoloration due to age. Mattress and linens were good

Liked: I like the location
Disliked: The room decor is very dated. The bathtub was dirty. I’m not sure if it was dirty or longtime dirt rings. The closest door was not up to par. The rooms need a complete upgrade.
