Liked: Superb location; Underground is only a street across; Waitrose & Tesco Express & Pret A Manger across the road.
Disliked: Housekeeping should be improved; increase the coffee and milk sachets

Brilliant stay, loved this hotel.

Liked: Staff were lovely and the was room was nice. The location was fantastic.
Disliked: Air-conditioning could’ve been better.

Liked: The service was perfect.
Disliked: Bad Air Conditioning, window barely opened to get cool air from outside, called for water and was told to come down to get some. Called several times to get attention from staff. Room was hot. Bathroom wasn’t so good. Bad water pressure. Dirty toilet seat.
