The overall price was good for a two night stay and the hotel is located within 10-15 minutes of downtown Durham and 25 minutes from the airport. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. I was a bit surprised that I was asked to put a $100 incidentals charge/hold on my room although I suppose it's standard. I think the Millennium Durham is due for some upgrades to its exterior, parking areas, hallways and entry ways. That said, it was a good stay.

Liked: Convenience to downtown Durham. The price was okay as well.
Disliked: The rooms and hallways are a bit dated but overall clean and tidy.

Liked: Front desk was very nice and upgraded our room due to noise of night club.
Disliked: Decor and rooms need to be updated and modernized. Also, please take the night club out of the hotel - it's tacky.

Disliked: The pillows are too small. The bed is uncomfortable. The bathroom door seems to be coming off from the wall but nothing is done after we told the staff.

Disliked: The fact they're asking for a $100 deposit, they did not have soap shampoo.Tissue, a mini refrigerator that was loud. i thought my wife in the room was snoring.. if going to ask for a deposit, double check the rooms

Liked: ABDelhamid Labyad he was very professional and personable. He and the rep from restaurant were phenomenal. I look forward to returning next month.

Liked: The rooms were spacious and well maintained for an older facility. The staff were so nice and accommodating to my handicap father. I can't say enough about how they just made us feel like family
Disliked: They mowers at 8am when we were trying to sleep in
