A no for me especially...

Liked: The location is great, just in front of the oculus.
Disliked: The hotel is dated. The first room we were given was dirty and smelly. The manager kindly gave us a new room in the supposedly renovated part of the building. The room was just the same minus the smell.Furniture is all scratched, lamps broken. No plugs by the bed to plug in your phone. Just very dated and not very clean. On the last day we asked to use the bathroom in the lobby to change and it was gross

They resold our room without...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: When we came to check in they had already resold our room and said there is no other room for us. We were left without a room at all without any notice!

Good views and location

Liked: Staff was nice, nice breakfast bar. Amazing view
Disliked: Room wasn’t really clean feeling and had a bunch of dust behind the nightstands

Disappointing

Liked: The location was convenient for my needs. I only stayed for one night.
Disliked: The room was very old and dated. Not what I expected at all. The bathroom and the decor needs to be updated.

Disliked: I didn’t like how the room had stains all over the carpet, once you go up the elevator it looks like a motel, over all beautiful view but not with 500 per night
