Disappointed Where's quality control
Liked: The shower handle did not work, and I couldn't take my morning shower(the bathtub floor has a shiny sheen. Someone can slip). The coffee maker did not work for one cup of coffee - the water dripped from both sides. The small containers of creamers were spoiled. The refrigerator is not cold enough. . If you're renovating it to look like M Social in midtown, please contact them and also the frequent guests ..

Value 4 star hotel with...
Liked: Stay @ the Renovated queen room with views of WTC museum and downtown. Room is modern and clean. Lobby is small, rugged and still under renovation. Good access to multiple subway line for quick access to midtown and other parts nyc. Area is pretty safe with option for dining etc.

Could’ve been better but grateful...
Liked: The views were definately beautiful
Disliked: I have multiple things to say about this hotel. For 1, I had no control over my thermostat. It was 70° outside 1 day and although having my thermostat set to cool at 68 degrees ALL DAY my room was at a constant 75° (hotter than outside). The staff mentioned sending someone up about 5 times (after contacting them said 5 times) to 1, fix it and 2, open a window but no one attended to my needs. I broke my nail trying to open the window to let some cool breeze in. Secondly, my landline phone cord was never connected and the left side of my bed for outlets had no power going through it. I later realized that there were a bunch of exposed outlet wires next to my bed and wondered for my safety (again, an engineer was never sent up despite me reaching out). Third of all, lthough somewhat unecessary I still feel like it’s needed to be said, there was also no ice machine on my floor (17). It was overall 1 negative thing after another considering I originally wasn’t even granted the room I booked and had to go back downstairs to get the correct room I payed for online.

Very poor
Liked: I booked an specific Corner room with panoramic view to the Brooklyn bridge. When I go to check in they told me that the room wasn’t available because they were fully booked. Which I asked why isn’t available if I booked weeks in advance for the same reason. They didn’t give me a high floor which I pay extra for it as well. I’ve stay at millennium multiple times and I have to say this been the worse customer service experience.
