Disliked: The building is a bit old, with old switches and shower faucets, but works fine, does the job

Hotel a bit tired but...

Liked: Location and helpful staff
Disliked: The restaurant is currently being refurbished which bookings.com did not inform us of. As we were travelling with elderly mothers the restaurant within the hotel was part of the reason for booking it.

Great location and stunning new...

Liked: Views are spectacular
Disliked: The elevators wouldn’t come to our floor the first day, hence requiring call to reception on two occasions. They double charged my credit card but advised refund would be processed some time in next week.

Amazing stay, Comfortable beds, A...

Liked: Everything was great. Good facilities, clean room, coffee machine, etc. View of the square with One WTC is absurdly good.
Disliked: Some equipment is older (doors to bathroom, wardrobe, bedside table) but has cool vibe nonetheless. They charge $2.5 at the end of the stay for some reason (maybe city tax?).

Second time that I stayed...

Liked: Great location! Nice view, good bed and bathroom, clean
Disliked: Carpet in the room was dirty.
