When we come back next...

Liked: Amazing view from the room, fantastic location, kind staff. Junior suite we have booked was under renovation, but other room they offered was even better and fully renovated and clean and big.
Disliked: During the booking process with Booking.com it was written that we will have free taxi service from JFK, but there was not any in reality. The good news is that travelling with airtrain and subway was really quick and comfortable.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff and...

Liked: Welcoming reception area, big Christmas tree in the lobby was very nice to see when leaving/arriving. Great location for us.
Disliked: The tv service was poor. We planned on watching Christmas films on a couple of nights once we had got our daughter to bed however the tv service didn’t provide Christmas films and the films they did have were very expensive!! This was a real downer for us as we really looked forward to this. They really need to get away from that current system and move into modern times… the ability to use Netflix for example would be ideal.
