Disliked: I thought room 704 jaded. Carpet needed cleaning. I wondered about sanitation of room With a 4 night stay not my job to request washing of utensils or request extra chippies. I'm all for the green programme but service please. When notified office Jobs dome immediately

Disliked: Different restaurants with different menus open at different times and no clear list for cross referencing meant we missed breakfast by 2 minutes

Disliked: It was annoying that the green option didn’t include bed making - as making a bed is not unsustainable if the sheets are not changed etcIt was annoying not having a sink in the toilet and having to then go to the bathroom and hope no one was showering It was annoying we asked for our bags to be picked up and 40 mins later they still weren’t not there however a very friendly and capable North American who was on reception raced down and got them. I step up from my las stay were the Millbrook bus left all the bags of my management team behind and we nearly missed the plane !
