Amazing resort, great location and...

Liked: Great range of facilities. Spacious accommodation. Amazing views. Great location near Arrowtown and local eateries and vineyards such as Ayrburn. Gym and spa excellent. Bike hire and tips very helpful.

Liked: Facilities, scenery
Disliked: Attempted to change nights from 3 to 2. Unable to change dates successfully on your app. Contacted Millbrook approx 2 weeks before dates but was told to go back to Booking.comI told reception on arriving that we were staying 2 nights only. She said she would sort it out. On leaving, was charged for the 3rd we didn't stay. This was $620.00 to Millbrook even though they had been informed several weeks earlier. I was not impressed.
