lovely place and staff. however...

Liked: lovely place, lovely staff, nice food
Disliked: the room wasnt very warm, we requested a heater and this was sorted very quickly, but still the room did not heat up much. The other thing was the bar was very cold, draught everywhere, its probably because of the high roof, and its a very big spread out bar, that took away from the comfort of the bar.
