Only here for one night...

Liked: Location was good; 20 mins walk into the townThe buffet breakfast was really good; plenty of food; very accommodating staff
Disliked: A mini bar/fridge in the room would have been a bonus

Liked: The staff and the hotel itself are top class, you will find it hard to find a more friendly and helpful staff in any hotel.
Disliked: The temperature of the hotel was so hot and a little uncomfortable at times.

Disliked: Planned our evening around using the pool in the leisure centre as we had a small child with us , checked the opening times when we checked in and booked dinner around this, when we went down to the pool the staff member siad she was closing an hour early as she wanted to go home , we went back to reception to question the time we were told, the receptionist didn’t care or apologise just siad it would be open in the morning
