Very good

Liked: Close to down town
Disliked: Not a lot for teens to do at the location we were in. We would have to go done the road to the main area for activities.

It was an ok stay....

Liked: Location
Disliked: It was too confusing to find things. You had to check in at a different place than the property you booked. No one was around to ask for help. The bed and pillows were hard.

Liked: Awesome location. The restaurant on site was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great view of the lake.

It was OK. We had...

Liked: Room was cozy with the fireplace going.
Disliked: There was a used bandaid stuck to the shelf in the shower and a piece of a fake fingernail on the floor as well as little pieces of white, hard stuff that I stepped on and it hurt!

Gross hotel, don’t stay here!

Liked: Great location, close to shops and good restaurants!
Disliked: Hotel was dirty. Carpets were gross, dirty towels were in the elevator, our shower didn’t drain, and bed sheets had stains. Because no one works the front desk kids ran around the hotel 24/7 unsupervised. They even asked us for money for games/bets they were doing. When we called the main location to tell them, their only repose was security would be there at 11pm.

Exceptional

Liked: I really liked the quaint and cozy environment. Everything we could possibly need was in walking distance. The restaurants in and around the hotel were amazing! The size of the room was great. We will definitely be back!
