Great night. My comment was...

Liked: The lighting in the parking lot behind the Chase House is non-existing. That's dangerous when a senior goes out late to retrieve something from his/her vehicle.

Liked: Location and on site coffee shop
Disliked: Check in was a disaster, be aware that the hotel is spread over 4 different sites, our rooms were at The Mill, we went to the reception desk, which was constantly unmanned, there were no instructions on how to obtain keys. Fortunately a guest advised us we needed to walk some distance to another site to check in. They need to let guests know this at time of booking.Rooms good but mattresses uncomfortable

Our stat was wonderful. We...

Liked: I loved the location , the views of the lake were spectacular. I swam in the indoor outdoor pool at church landing, which was amazing . My husband was in the hot tub I was in the pool. We had dinner at Lago at bay point and my dinner was phenomenal. Seafood risotto was delicious and the service was great.
Disliked: We loved everything. The only thing that I was disappointed with was my espresso martini at Giuseppe’s . It was horrible , I took one sip . It was horrible.
