Superb

Liked: A lovely room with a comfortable bed and a seating area with TV. The balcony was a bonus with a great view of the lake.We enjoyed eating in the Italian restaurant downstairs.
Disliked: The hotel has several properties and no staff based in the building we were located in. We didn’t immediately locate the separate property where we needed to check in. Signage could be improved.

Great night. My comment was...

Liked: The lighting in the parking lot behind the Chase House is non-existing. That's dangerous when a senior goes out late to retrieve something from his/her vehicle.
