The only place to stay...

Liked: Everything is top standard here. The staff ate genuinely happy to help and serve whilst very professional. Breakfast lovely and coffee was great.Top marks all round from us.

Liked: No lift. Both have bad backs so carting cases up stairs wasn’t ideal.

Liked: Breakfast was a joke, hardly any food, no mushrooms, low on food.
Disliked: Member of staff telling us to use 2 plates which had a used napkin from toast making and crumbs all.over it.Failure to set up a table, we did it ourselvesStaff bringing 2 sausages as a refill Short staffed Bedrooms are OK, room 408 shower blocked!! Doors to bathroom damaged at bottom, worm carpet on stairs, yet it says hotel was totally refurbished last year.

Liked: Location, food,comfortable room. Staff super friendly and efficient- a total asset.
Disliked: Would have appreciated some info about the heaters in the bedroom/ bathroom. A room for two needs two bedside tables
