Very good affordable option for...

Liked: This is a very good option for staying in Mildura on a budget. Lisa is a wonderful host and very welcoming. It's in a good location, not really walking distance to anything, but a short drive to town. The beds are quite comfortable and there are all the usual amenities in the rooms - kettle, toaster, coffee, tea, fridge, tv, etc. There's parking right outside the room doors and a little pool (I didn't use it). All in all, a very nice stay - thank you!
Disliked: The rooms are a bit dated and the aircon whined a lot (it was during a heat wave, so that's fair enough) and there was a lot of light that came through the windows despite the blackout curtains. Nothing major, and just things you expect from more affordable accommodation options.
