Liked: I had an exceptional stay at Milano Verticale. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—always helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable.Everything about our experience—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and effortless, thanks to the professionalism and warmth of the team. Liked: The breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect, central to all of the activities we were visiting. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. The views were amazing ad all the staff were extremely helpful in helping me set up the room and surprise my gf for valentines day. they went above and beyond, even when serving us at the bar downstairs. Would definitely visit again if staying in Milan.

Liked: Room excellent, spacious and clean.
Disliked: Breakfast, no real offer from staff to order anything from the menu, Sundays breakfast, we gave our room number and then tried to find a table but wasn't any, eventually given a table but no bread for toast and again having to track down a staff member to order Eggs & Pancakes.
