Exceptional

The staff were very friendly...

Liked: The location in the city was great and the outdoor patio was wonderful. The complimentary wine was an added bonus.
Disliked: The window in our room faced out to an indoor elevator shaft or something. Really couldn’t get fresh air. The B &B part of the name is misleading as breakfast is not included.

Bad

Liked: The only thing we liked was the location of the hotel. We were guests of a famous football team and we were doing research on the occasion of the Golden Ball award. We were close to the business building where the study was taking place.
Disliked: The hotel is located in a kind of residential building. During our entire stay, someone was doing renovations and the noise of the machines came directly into our room. There was no way we could rest in the room in rainy weather. They didn't change our dirty towels until we asked for them on the second day. The rooms had small windows overlooking some pipes. The rooms were adjacent to the breakfast area.Accordingly, it was super noisy at 6 in the morning when they were preparing the plates and glasses at the buffet. And then you could also hear people drinking their coffee. One receptionist was making remarks to us about everything. He seemed to dislike tourists. There were noise signs all over the place and they themselves were not following their own requirements. The cleaner washed the floor with the same rag she used to wipe the tables. Accordingly, our room smelled like a dirty rag.

Liked: Every detail was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing

Lovely room and locaton.

Liked: An authentic breakfast, all day coffee, tea and wine available. Staff friendly and a great location.
Disliked: Room locks were a little noisy, especially in the middle of the night. Some of our neighbours were noisy, stomping and talking during the night.
