Liked: We can use kitchen.
Disliked: It is far from CBD. only few buses and have to wait one hour.No shopping centre, no coffee around.Even no real blanket in my bed.I called (only one phone I found in my unit) and asked for a real blanket, but they said they are the security guys they couldn't give me help.After 12 days we left, hotel didn't refund me my security bond. I hade to ask them refund my bond.Finally, the bond was refunded, but they lessed $50 as call out fee.But in fact, they didn't come, they didn't do anything, why less the call out fee?I send hotel three of emails to talk this issues, but haven't got any responses.It's so bad feeling.

Liked: Rooms spacious and comfortable. Good location, 15-20 mins walk to esplanade
Disliked: Manager was incredibly rude and uninterested, not helpful at all and even told me to go stay somewhere else when I asked if it was possible to change rooms. Ground floor rooms are in the kitchen so be careful. You can hear and smell everything that’s happening, especially as other guests like to cook at midnight.

Liked: The shower was reasonably good!
Disliked: The fan was so noisy! The air conditioner was on a timer! There was nothing to stop the blind from hitting the windows when I had the fan on! The bed was so uncomfortable!

Liked: Very good communal kitchen (has to be because it is primarily for long-term residents).Proper desk and chair.
Disliked: Air conditioner not working. When I inquired about this via Booking.com messages, I never got a response.Problems with one of the door handles. They did respond to this, but basically by saying to fiddle with it until I get it to work.Very basic furnishings.

Would recommend the property for...

Liked: Location was good and the rooms were modern and very clean. A TV would be a big advantage.
Disliked: I would have liked a small balcony for extra air.
