Liked: such a shame that a beautiful hotel and an elegant restaurant can be placed within horrible customer service.We have never been treated so badly by the welcome staff upon arrival and furthermore by the Cleaning team.Highly do not recommend anyone to stay here

Disliked: We thought the week we travelled to Canberra there would be plenty of accomodation .Our first night was pre booked however the accomodation was completely booked on the Tuesday and Wednesday this was at the Madison Apartments.We booked into the Midnight apartments aparently Canberra was booked out because Parliament was sitting and the rate was increased from $248 the normal nightly charge to $503 per night.We did book the Thursday night at $248.For other travellers make sure you pre book in Canberra it is the first time we have been faced with this situation.Other visitors had similar problems in Canberra.
