Good location. Clean bathroom.

Liked: I liked the location. Close to St kilda beach and easy to get around if you drive. Stay was nice if your staying only for a night. Clean bathroom and shower and decent bed and is a quiet. Price was decent.
Disliked: Came early around 2pm and greeted by unmanned Receptionist and a 'sorry you can't check in yet until 3pm'. Fair enough was offered to store luggage in the corner of the restaurant until I returned. Came back few hours later and checked in and was repeatedly asked if I smoked even when I don't smoke. What's the deal with that? Also this place is a pub/restaurant and upstairs is a hotel.

Shocking beds great meals

Liked: The restaurant however expensive for a steak.
Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock and left my back in agony for days after.

Disliked: Was a bit noisy because of the pub but that should be expected as it is a pub
