Superb

Liked: Fantastic location close to the tram station and five minutes walk to the beach. Excellent restaurant. We did not have much interaction with the staff, but the room was cleaned everyday. Really enjoyed our stay. Visited the local cafes for breakfast.

Liked: Gorgeous village suburb. Lovely shops. Beach down road. Lovely architecture. Fireplace and shutters give character. Sun streams in. Walk to nearby amenities

Compact, accessible by tram, has...

Liked: The location was close to the Athletics Race Walking venue near Middle Park Bowling Club and was very close to a tram stop.
Disliked: The cost of the room, as it was compact, had only steep stair access to all floors and was expensive. It had its owns restaurant but was on the expensive side.
