Comfortable stay

Liked: Great location. Staffs at the front desk are very charming and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. A staff called me on room telephone to check if everything was okay and if I needed anything. That’s such a warm act to me as a single traveller. Thank you so much.
Disliked: The room was expensive :( but you know… It’s a five stars hotel :)

I don’t think I’ll go...

Liked: The location is great !
Disliked: We were very cold in the room and asked several times for the heating to be sorted but even thought they came in to sort ,it was still cold and we were not offered a different room etc

Eventualy was a good enough...

Liked: Loved the location of the hotel , room was a good size, shower was amazing .
Disliked: First room was very noisy, due to the lifts making a noise and it travelling along the ventilation system.Staff eventually moved us .
