Relaxing evening with a modern...

Liked: Staff very friendly and always available to help, the drink on arrival and biscuits on reception was a nice touch. Hotel was beautiful.

Stay somewhere else lying management...

Liked: The assistant manager was so rude and the manager Leonardo was also and we caught him lying to us and when asked to give us in writing what he was saying he refused obviously because he was lying to us.
Disliked: Very poorly managed for a 5 star it’s a shame really because it’s a beautiful hotel but not backed by the same level of service instead you get rude management and dishonesty and they are not bothered on little bit to satisfy a client it should not be a 5 star hotel

Overall decent stay but I...

Liked: Excellent location with Holborn tube around the corner and easy walking distance to Covent Garden. Comfortable bed, very quiet, helpful staff.
Disliked: Superior room very small; windows sealed shut so no fresh air; very basic TV; nowhere to hang towels or put toiletry bag in bathroom.

Liked: Fabulous hotel, great staff very friendly and absolute gem of a hotel close to all the theatres.Would highly recommended.
