Disliked: Room was very small. Bathroom was very small as well.The bed is not very comfortable as it is a spring mattress.

Beautiful hotel in great location....

Liked: Modern, clean, friendly welcoming staff on reception. Great location. Quiet & peaceful room. Great nights sleep.

Liked: Location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Heating was cold and noisy. Staff promised us tea and coffee pods, but never showed up.

Perfect location with lovely rooms...

Liked: It was in a great location and the room was fabulous . So quiet and bed was really comfortable .Staff were polite and helpful and loved the little touches like the welcome drinks and florentines. Also the Italian barman (sorry didn’t get his name) serving cocktails was excellent .
Disliked: Our only minor gripe was breakfast was a bit slow and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom .
