A small piece of lux...

Liked: Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, bed was so comfortable and the duvet is lush. Nice to have drinks in the mini bar and breakfast was impeccable!
Disliked: The robes need replacing, fraying, rough and not big enough I’m a size S and could barely tie it around so stiff. For the amount you charge at least get plusher robes that stay soft and fluffy. Slippers however no complaints.

Liked: Excellent location, polite staff, lovely decor and very clean. The room was spacious in comparison to other London hotels and very modern as well. We were provided with a free upgrade and any requests we had were attended to really quickly.

Liked: The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful and made you feel special. a complimentary upgrade was lovely and the personalised note in the room wishing my wife a belated birthday was just superb. The ambience in the bar after our evening out was great, made for a perfect nightcap location..
Disliked: Ok let's put it all out there, the bath towels were a touch on the small side
