Disliked: Awful service from an very arrogant guy at reception, who seemed to have no idea what customer service is at all.The room was terrible, air con and fridge were incredibly noisyWifi didn't work, nor did most of the lights.Bathroom had no place to hold shampoo etc.Bed was uncomfortable and the towels were stained with brown marks
